Consulting & Advisory Services

IRM Strategies understands that you need to achieve meaningful results. That's why our engagements are tailored to suit the context and goals of individual clients.

  • Advisory engagements are retainer based, confidential peer-to-peer advice supporting your achievements as mutually agreed.
  • Consulting engagements may be project or time based. We use the proprietary Knowledge Resource Management continuum and the PIME Cycle as core methodologies supported by a variety of tools and methods selected to meet specific project needs.

  • Every project is unique and draws on our unusual combination of experience on both sides of the client-consultant table. Our methods include the proprietary Knowledge Resource Management model, the PIME cycle and a variety of proven methodologies tailored to suit the needs of a specific engagement.

IRM Strategies' partners have led organizations (government agencies, several hospitals, privately owned companies in both the consulting and residential property development and management realms). We have experienced less than satisfactory consulting services as clients and hold ourselves to a high standard of customer service--your satisfaction matters to us. We partner with you to achieve meaningful outcomes. We do not deliver boilerplate solutions.
