We have been asked by global consulting firms to provide original content for bid processes and do not "tweak" boilerplate submissions.       Readiness Assessment
    • Evaluate your current state against your desired state. We'll help you define where you want to go, assess where you are, identify the gap and develop a roadmap to bridge the gap.

    • Standards & Process Compliance Audit
    • Examine business processes for evidence of compliance to relevant industry and international standards to ground recommendations for correction and improvement.
    • Focus areas include standards and guidelines such as the ISO 9000 quality series; ISO 15489 Records and document management series; food safety practices based on the Canada FoodSafe program; compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and similar legislation

    • Establish comprehensive governance and practices for a framework for systematic management of access, use, protection, sharing, retention and disposition of recorded information.

    • Review the effectiveness of data collection and use to identify system functionality and workforce learning needs for improved decision making and defensible, quality outcomes.
    • Assess workplace culture and practices to ground competency development, continuous learning and innovation capacity. Develop programs to meet needs and construct new knowledge.

    • Strengthen governance and human resource management within a collaborative, knowledge valuing culture on an agreed path of change.
